Reprint
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact us per E- mail and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That’s our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued, if you receive a damaged product.
Refund
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to your account within 1 business day after notifying Crafted Stories. That’s our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that refunds are issued correctly.
No Returns
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders where the wrong size or color of the product was selected by the customer.
